Art has always been part of my life.

Over the years I have continued with drawing, design, watercolour, oil and acrylic painting.

Photo realism would be a good representation of my art, but with the added freedom to be creative with modern designs and colour.

My interest in acrylic painting started  years ago as I found the acrylic medium to work in many textures that suited me. For example, acrylic flows and washes like watercolours or heavy as in oils and I could manipulate the medium however it suited me and create fine detailed work that I have always enjoyed painting.

I also have completed a number of commission works.

Having lived at the Kuratau southern end of lake Taupo for 12 years I am now a resident of Napier and will be continuing to paint.
